PJ Properties are property management and letting specialists with over 20 years experience. We own and manage a large number of high quality properties, catering for both Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam University students. All our properties are conveniently located for both Universities and can be found throughout the Broomhill, Crookes, Crookesmoor and Ecclesall Road areas.

PJ Properties is a family run business dedicated to property management and letting, we do not sell property or handle commercial property. We can draw on years of experience of building our own property portfolio to help advise Landlords in many areas, including purchasing property, insurance, and refurbishment projects. Our large Broomhill office gives Landlords the best possible exposure for their property and students also benefit from our accessible location.
