Based in Sheffield, the founders naturally chose Sheffield to be the first location. Having both lived and worked in Sheffield for more years than they care to remember and being involved in various aspects of Sheffield property and other business activities they are ideally placed to bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to develop the Swell Dweller concept in Sheffield.
As Swell Dweller develops and becomes established other locations will be available around the UK and offered on a franchise basis.
